Yaupon Hot Toddy
For all your chilly days, look no further than a decadent yaupon hot toddy. A twist on a classic that is guaranteed to make any evening cozy and enjoyable!
Ingredients
- 4 oz fresh brewed Pedernales yaupon
- 1.5 oz gin
- 2 tsp sugar or honey
- Dash of absinthe
Mix all ingredients together. Garnish with a lemon peel for a perfect warming drink for any evening.
I liked the Pedernales Green the best. It's zingy, bright flavor was just right in the afternoons, when I stop drinking coffee.
